He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Naoma; and his wife Nancy Jane. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Ledford (Sharon) of Waynesville, Michael Ledford (Rhonda) of Morrow and Rodney Ledford (Christine) of Mason; and his siblings, Melvin Ledford (Regenia), Iola Mosbacher (Carl) and Beulah Bishop (Ellis). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
