It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Allen Langbein of Mason, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather John R. Langbein; and his stepgrandparents, Thomas A. Folden and Jean Langbein. He is survived by: his parents, R. Jason Langbein and Crystal L. Langbein; his siblings, Kaitlyn Langbein and Zachary Langbein; and his grandparents, Rebecca Folden, Bill E. and Debra Dillon, Jr.. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the William Mason Marching Band Boosters, where a fund has been set up in Jake's name to help provide for mental health awareness and recognition and assisting those who cannot afford to participate in the marching band.
