He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Marafino and Margaret Marafino; and his sibling's children, Ron Weaver and Joann Marafino Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Frances Marafino of Lebanon; his daughter Michelle Brol (Bradley) of Lebanon; his grandsons, Luca and Matteo Brol of Lebanon; his siblings, Frank Marafino of Rochester and Marie Weaver (Lester) of Mesa; and his siblings' children, Frank Marafino Jr., Margaret Chalmers (Billy), Patricia Wilson and Richard Weaver (Beth). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joseph's name to the National Kidney Foundation, The University of Notre Dame Monogram Club, or to Teen Challenge of Arizona.
