It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Tuggle (Mason, Ohio), born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Delores "Diane" Tuggle; and his son Paul David Tuggle. He is survived by: his siblings' children, David Blackstone, Tammy Frady and Paul Jackson; and his sisters, Pauline Blackstone and Ruth Jackson.
