She is survived by: her parents, Claire McCaslin and Sandra McCaslin; her husband Bisrat Girma; her children, Isaac Girma and Zaana Girma; and her siblings, Neysa Witter (Michael), Melony Kimzey (Gary), Ellen Whitley, Brenda Jackson (Kenny) and Lance Miller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Through her diagnosis, difficult treatments, and the uncertainty of a pandemic, Sarah continued to provide the best care to her patients.
