She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her daughter Kristine Hoffman; her daughter-in-law Margaret Dale; and her sisters, Shirley Scofield, Carol Simmons and Joyce Bleigh.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Dale, Jacquline Douglas (Donald), John Dale (Dawn Dodson) and Joe Hoffman; and her sisters, Lenore Janata (Tom) and Sandra Evans (Charles). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Canal Fulton United Methodist Church (363 Cherry St W, Canal Fulton, OH 44614). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
