She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Rankl and Bessie Rankl (Boekel). She is survived by: her husband James Fowler; her daughter Lisa Fowler; her granddaughters, Keshia Fowler, Latisha Fowler and Courtney Fowler; her great grandchild Rico Rushin Jr.; and her brother Art Rankl. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
