He was predeceased by: his parent Aartje Bazzinotti (Geilman). He is survived by: his father Harry Bazzinotti; his wife Linda (Borland); his children, Tenille Bazzinotti, Jake Bazzinotti, Zac Bazzinotti, Dawson Bazzinotti, Lance, Aisha Bouzad, Amanda Healy, Danielle Shepherd, Gary Shepherd and Devinney Shepherd; and his sisters, Lydia Kendray and Debbie Scholtes.
