He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Boldi and Appaline Boldi; his wife Ruth; and his siblings, John Stephen, Val Vona and Babe Lazar.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Lentz (Todd), Tammi Yoho and Toni Weidman; his grandchildren, Todd, Paul (Desiree), Sean (Jen) and Tessa (Vance); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Sophia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nick's memory to the Stark County Humane Society.
