With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Ickes of Massillon, Ohio, born in Orrville, Ohio, who passed away on June 24, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ickes and Adele Ickes (Nussbaum); his former wife Joan Marie Ickes (Pertl); his granddaughter Brittany; and his siblings, Merle Jean, Mary, Donald, Harold and Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Ickes (Piatt); his sons, Scott (Linda) of Vancouver, Tim (Kathy) of Zanesville, Tom (Ronda) of East Canton, Chris (Stacy) of Massillon and Kevan (Tonya) of Arlington, Texas.; his grandchildren, Ben, Brandon, Bethany, Jennifer, Nicole, Haleigh, Madeline, Emillie, Michael and Tony; his great grandchildren, Katheryn, Joey and Sophia; and his friend Tiger.
