He was predeceased by: his parents, Delsie Kincer (Adams) and Byron Kincer; his wife Lois; and his son Gregory. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck R. Jr. and Robert A. (Shannon L.); his grandchildren, Jaime L. Gilmore, Heather L. Kincer and Ryan Kincer; his stepgrandchildren, Michael I. Davis Jr. (Josephine) and Cassandra A. Braun (Troy); and his brother Donnie Kincer. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
