She was predeceased by: her parents, William Knapp and Gladys Knapp (Delp); her siblings, Betty Mohney (Knapp), Leona Davis (Knapp), Myrtle Terwilliger (Knapp), Rich Knapp and Burton Knapp; and her brother-in-law Jere Toven.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti L. Lazenby (Armagost) of Maumee, OH; her grandchildren, Paul J. Lazenby (Stephanie), Danielle Muir (Arron) and Mark Lazenby; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Hailey, Jason, Tyler and Presley; her sister Joyce Toven (Knapp) of Brookville, PA; and also Dennis Lazenby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
