He was predeceased by: his parent Fred W. Lighthiser. He is survived by: his parent Blanche Lighthiser; his spouses, Katheleen Busch and Leatha Lighthiser (Stone); his children, Vicki S. Gates (Wayne), Linda K. Lobban (Merle) and Michael J. Lighthiser, Sr. (Maureen); and his grandchildren, Lisa Marshall, Lori Stanton, Leslie Gates, Michael Lighthiser, Jr., Matthew Lobban and Mark Lighthiser.
