He is survived by: his parents, Antoinette Schiavone and Salvador Pezzino; his child Cornell; his spouse Gloria Uhrman; his son Italian; his sister Marianna; his sons, Michael and John Pezzino (Linda); his stepson Patrick Murphy (Arlene); and his nephew Italiano. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, several godchildren, nieces.

In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made in Cornell's name to the Alzheimer Association or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
