He was predeceased by: his wife Carol (Tomaszewski); his parents, Stephanie (Koperski) and Walter Kaczala; and his brother-in-law Edward "Red" Blaszczyk. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Blaszczyk; his son Terry (Lisa); his grandchildren, Deanna, Adam (Kelsey) and Callie Rose; his great grandchildren, Layden and Teagan; and his niece Karen Johnson (Steve).
