He was predeceased by: his sister Rosemary Boyle; his great grandchild Ryan Orgel; and his sons-in-law, John Hurst and Rankin Walkup. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Sharon Kwiatkowski (Robert), Doug Ash, Charlotte Hurst, David Ash (Sharon), Darrell Ash (Sandy), Don Ash, Dan Ash (Vickie), Pat Walkup and Cathy Krueger (David); and his sister Jean Vassar. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
