She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Stella Riggs; her children, Diana D. Cox (Gordon), Johnnie M. Hatfield (Terry), Walter Brooks, Jr, Carolyn R. Brooks, Rebecca S. Meyers, Michael D. Brooks (Hannah), Teresa A. Ruehl (Jeffery), Matthew S. Brooks (Regina), Mark S. Brooks (Carol) and Judy L. Brooks; her husband Walter Brooks, Sr; her son-in-law Harold Meyers; and her siblings, Florence Pack, Carl, Wade, Harold Reynolds, Ernie, John and Riley Jr. Pack. She was also cherished by 89 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
