He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spang and Jeannette Spang (Stewart); and his sister Caroline Rosser. He is survived by: his wife Susan R. Spang; his sons, Brent Spang (Holly), Jason Spang (Amy) and Todd Spang (Tricia); his stepson Christopher Frick; and his sisters, Sandra Fender (Don) and Joyce Wilson (Gary). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter.
