It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Joseph Madachy (Maumee, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Leslie Madachy. He is survived by: his sisters, Eleanor Avenelle (Donald) of Genoa, Mary St (Kevin) of Genoa and Julia Chio of Genoa; his niece Amanda Chio of Chicago; and his friend Scott Yoder of Holland.

In lieu of flowers, Frankie would love to have donations made to the Toledo Humane Society.
