He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Farley and Myrtle Farley (Tearney); and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Michael (Carol), Michelle (Reggie Crenshaw), Patrick (Kathi) and Keri McCallister (Eric); his siblings, Patricia Brady (Tom), Pamela Grabarkiewicz and Tom Farley (Gretchen); and his grandchildren, Eliza Farley, Mackensi Crenshaw, Alex Farley, Isaac, Penny and Josie Farley.
