He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Windnagle; and his brother Ernest. He is survived by: his children, Jo Lynn Seibel of Ellicott City, MD and James Windnagle (Ginger) of Maumee, OH; his grandchildren, Jordyn Windnagle (Matt Goatley), Dakota Windnagle, Alex Seibel and Nick Seibel; his great grandchild Harley Goatley; his siblings, Robert Windnagle, Walter Windnagle and Martha Vacarro (Frank); and his sister-in-law Margaret Windnagle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to the Ohio Veterans Home Resident Benefit Fund, 3416 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870.
