With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph G. Michalak (Maumee, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Michalak and Helen Michalak (Idzkowski); and his siblings, Albert Michalak II, Gerty Crandall, Kay Jazwiecki and Dorothy Anson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Michalak; his sons, Joseph Michalak, Patrick Michalak (Deanna) and Keith Michalak (Tracy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Madisyn, Shelby and Parker Michalak; and his sister Carol Pereus.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to the charity of the donor's choice in Joseph's memory.
