He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Stone-Warr; his children, Evelyn Warr-Cummings (Paul Omness), Anisa Warr, Julianne Warr and Charles Warr (Heather); his grandchildren, Julian, Evan Cummings, Hunter, Kellen and Lacey Warr; and his siblings, Robert Warr (Mary Ann) and Yvonne Cothern (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
