He was predeceased by : his parents, Karl Fazenbaker and Lillian Fazenbaker; and his significant other Leona Fazenbaker. He is survived by : his children, Christi Sienkiewicz (David), Kendra Swartz and Larry Fazenbaker (J. J.); his grandchildren, Nick, Katie Sienkiewicz, Brandon, Jacob, Olivia Swartz, Tyler and Triston Fazenbaker; his brother Karl Fazenbaker (Judy); his brother-in-law Mark Hylton; and his friend Ron Varner.
