Kazmierczak (Maumee, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia (Ladadie); his siblings, Joe, Ted, Stan, Josephine, Helen and Mary; and his daughter Janet.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Newby, Rick Kazmierczak (Pam), Dave Kazmierczak, Bob Kazmierczak and Karen Krzyminski. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
