He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Thelma Jones Sr. (Thompson); his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, George Jones Jr., Arle Jones, Frank Jones and Arlene Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Jones (Paula) and Cynthia Wierzbicki (Zygmunt); and his grandchildren, Joshua Jones (Deirdre), John Wierzbicki (Polly), Olivia Twigg (Larry) and Lisa Heslop (John). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
