He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Helen Haddad (Damoose) and George A. Haddad. He is survived by: his wife Michelle L. Haddad (Miller); his daughter Andreana M. McCullough (Haddad); his son-in-law Tim M. McCullough; his grandson Keaton McCullough; his brother Randy Haddad; his sister-in-law Christine Haddad (Topolski); and his nephew Thad Haddad. He is also survived by many other extended family & friends.
