He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Stevens and Katherine Stevens (Fernyak); and his siblings, Edward and Thelma. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Philip Stevens (Claudia), Patricia Boone (Larry), Nancy Schreiber (Tom) and Barbara Kihm; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Leanne Stevens, Nolan, Austin, Evan Schreiber, Julia Bregenzer (Mike), Anna McIlwain (Austin), Elizabeth and John Kihm.
