He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Jacobs and Bessie Jacobs (Waugh); his wife Charline L. Jacobs; his children, Russell Jacobs, Jr. (Nanci), Kimberley Potter (James) and Charles Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Robyn, Kaity, Jacob, Izabell and Vincent.
