He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dey and Trilby Dey (Kosch); and his siblings, Richard Dey and Roxanne. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Serrato (Roger), Julie Berry and Stephen Dey II (Candy Payne); his grandchildren, William, Brian, Logan, Brittany, Theron, Brooke, Emma, Bailey and Dakota; his great grandchildren, Turner, Carly and Virginia; his brother Randy Dey; his aunt Pat Stader; his niece Kimberly Duvall (Dave); and his cousin Pam Mayer (Gary).
