She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jagodzinski and Virginia Jagodzinski (Landowski). She is survived by: her former husband Timothy Urbaniak; her husband Tim; her children, Valerie Fisher (David) and Justin; and her sisters, Geri Lawecki (Bob), Fran Niedbalski (Rich), Pat Ward (Skip) and Betty Rybarczyk. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorial tributes may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
