He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Blair and Katherine Blair (Harrison); and his sister Betty. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Tom Blair, Deborah Short and Karen Jasinski (Mark); his nieces, Cheryl, Barbara and Dianna; and his close friends, Roger, Diann Sweet and C. C.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg.
