He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Tsilya; his children, Vera Gorokhovskaya (Igor), Svetlana Sobol (Tony) and Angela Belkin (Ilya); his grandchildren, Jane Lowe (Brandon), Olga Gorokhovskaya, Bradley Sobol, Melinda Sobol (Elijah), Jamie Sobol, Ethan Belkin and Elan Belkin; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Levon, Alexander and Marcus; and his sister Maya Karetnik.
