It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James R. Costabile Jr. of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Costabile and Carmela "Molly" Costabile. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Jim (Donna Hasler), Greg (Carmel) and Lori; his grandchildren, Nicky Evelyn (Steven), Chrissy, Dom, Celeste, Brianna, Gabriella and Marco; his brother Robert (Yolanda); and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Rakovan (late Richard) and Joseph Cistone (Kathy).

Contributions may be made in memory of Jim to Hospice of the Western Reserve or St. Clare Catholic Church.
