It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeryl Ann Wasniak (Mayfield Heights, Ohio), who passed away on September 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. and Marguerite T.. She is survived by: her brother Clarence; her sister-in-law Paula; and her nephews, Daniel (Rebecca), Christopher (Heather) and Robert (Kara). She is also survived by five great-nephews, cousins and many loving friends.
