With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine C. McDonald of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 28, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vito Cashiotta and Angeline Cashiotta; and her sister Helen Kawecki. She is survived by: her sons, Steve and Gary McDonald (Michelle); her grandsons, Justin Staszko (Kayleigh) and Christopher McDonald; her great grandchild Dominic Staszko; and her siblings, Frances Fafrak (Paul), John Cashiotta, Joseph Cashiotta and Maryann Salomoni.
