She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad; her parents, Warner Blake and Celia Lewandowski Blake; and her siblings, Ronald Blake and Susan Blake Carroll.

She is survived by: her siblings, William Blake and Patricia Blake Michener; and her children, Jan Christie (Kimberly), Allen Christie, Cindi Hodge and Kim Christie. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great children.
