He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Minnie; his father-in-law John; and his brother Gerald Zaleski. He is survived by: his wife Judi; his son John Anthony (Alexis); his mother-in-law Rena Hrovat; his sister Rosetta Otten; his sister-in-law Lisa Hrovat; and his nieces, Missy and Katie.

Contributions may be made in Sam's memory to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, OH 44106.
