She was predeceased by: her husband John Safarek; her brothers, Matthew Crowley and Eugene Crowley; her parents, William Crowley and Wanda Armbruster; and her pets, Mitsi, Maggie, Muffin and Elvis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Safarek (Robert Lautner) and Pamela Safarek (Qasim Shakoor); her brothers, William Crowley (Andrea), James Johnson (Carole) and Arnold Johnson (Suzanne); and her sister-in-law Frankie Crowley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to Animal Charity of Ohio.
