It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Harper of McArthur, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenneth Harper and Marjorie Tatman Harper. He is survived by: his sister Judy Blevins of Ashland, Kentucky; his close friend Jane Lawhead of McArthur; his grandchildren, Lily Guess and Calvin Craig; his nephews, Douglas Blevins (Jan) of Ashland, Kentucky. and Brent Blevins of Ashland, Kentucky.; Jessi Guess and Kevin Craig (Kim).
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 11 a. m. until the time of the service, with a Masonic service being held at 12:30 p. m. Please observe all COVID-19 guidelines by wearing a mask and social distancing while in attendance.
