He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Clingo and Irene G. Clingo (Ramey); and his siblings, William Clingo (Betsy), Barbara Genson and Kay Williamson (Richard).
He is survived by: his wife Jean Souvenier; his sons, Ryan Clingo of McClure, Trent Clingo of McClure and Derek Souvenier of Weston; his sister Vesta Patton of Bowling Green; and his grandson Derek Souvenier II.
