He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthon Ballmer and Louisa Ballmer (Lance); his spouse Lavonda Reimund; his son Richard; and his half-sister Evelyn Erven.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ballmer (Robin) of George West, Randal Ballmer (Pamela) of Winter Garden and Cheri Kruse (Jeffrey) of Perrysburg, Ohio; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Ballmer of Fayette, Ohio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
