We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2020, at the age of 58, Jay Halstead (McComb, Ohio), born in Bluffton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Clarence Halstead; and his brother Scott Halstead. He is survived by : his mother Jean Halstead (Payne); his wife Lana Leaf; his children, Paul Halstead (Rachel) of Florence, Mica Halstead (Aaron) of Beaverdam and Colton Halstead of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Brayden, Lilly, Kennedy, Addison, Olivia, Carlie and Bentley; and his siblings, Keith Halstead (Joni), Wayne Halstead (Cheri), Chris Halstead, Stephen Halstead and Lynn Halstead.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted to the family c/o funeral home or through the funeral home website.
