He is survived by : his wife Polly Spangler; his mother Pat Spangler (Jordan); his children, Sabrena Haynes and Richard Spangler III (Megan); his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Haynes and Courtney Haynes of Ariadne; and his sisters, Cindy Lambert (Richard) and Jennifer Spangler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
