He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover May and Nancy May (Carter); and his siblings, Cleveland May, Janet Dillion, Dorethea May and Barbara Dillion.
He is survived by : his wife Carole May (Bennett); his sons, Jeffrey May (Carol) and Barry May of Urbana; his stepchildren, Kelly Barnett (Chris) of Sparta and John Bennett (Betsy); his grandchildren, Kylee (Jeremy Smith), Ryan Barnett (Rachel), Lexis, Brock, Linzie Bennett and Eddie Brunson; his great grandchild Velma Cordial of Canal Winchester; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Burkes (Hershell) and William Jones (Doris). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to either the Mechanicsburg Christian Fellowship, 4401 Allison Road, Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044 or to the Loving Care Hospice, 779 London Ave, Marysville, OH 43040.
