He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Anthony Sarantos and Janet Sims; and his uncle Billy Riggen (Pam). He is survived by : his parents, Ronald Sims and Anastasia Sims; his pets, Blue and Buster; his sister Kristina Sims (Chad Breucker); his grandparents, Virginia Sarantos and Richard Sims; his aunt Christina; his uncle John Dudich; and his cousins, Alexandria, Jack and Mathew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anthony's name to Hope Recovery Community, 200 Highland Drive, Medina, Ohio 44256, to help those impacted by the disease of addiction.
