He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Homolak and Mary Elizabeth Homolak (Kalla); and his daughter Tia Maria Homolak. He is survived by: his son Andrew Timothy Homolak; his grandchildren, Amber, Tia Maria and Trinity; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Carter, Elijah, Avery, Kenny, Dominic, Malakai, Jaxx, Jett, Jorin and Joseph; and his siblings, John P. Homolak (Kathy), Mary Ann Lyons (Patrick), Charlotte Ortolani, Andrea S. Akers and Natalie F. Homolak.
