He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Della (Williamson); his children, Anna Marie Wood (Russ) and Tommy Joe Neace (Stacy); his grandchildren, Jesse Albert Rozell and Addison Sandra Neace; his great grandchildren, Josiah, Elijah and Adelia; his siblings, Mary Neace, Danny Neace and Winfield Scott Neace, Jr.; his granddaughter Heather Kaitlyn Rozell; his parents, Winfield Scott, Sr. and Welthea Neace (Powers); and his sister Nettie Lee Nelson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
