She is survived by: her children, Joseph Forsythe (Janet), Steven Forsythe (Mary Ann), Michael Forsythe (Stephanie), Mark Forsythe (Connie), Carole (Robert) and John Forsythe; her grandchildren, Beth, Rebecca, James Jr., Michelle, Todd, Sondra, Lisa, Shawn, Danielle, Lindsay, Nick, Ryan, Adam, Vince, Angie, Teresa, Zach and Maria; her great grandchildren, Gennavieve, Gabrielle, Max, Maddie, Mia, Ciera, Paloma, Brandon, Tylar, Jagur, Lexie, GraceLynn, Aurora, Emersyn, Parker, Luca, Sofia, Payton, Landon and Braelynn; and her siblings, Susan Burkholder (Ron), Nancy Harrison, Linda McMillan (Bob), Mary Woodworth (Glen) and Charles Green (Sarita).
