With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Astor of Miamisburg, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferd Brockman and Ida Brockman (Rose); her husband Dean Astor; her sons, Michael and Kent Astor; and her brother William Brockman.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Brown (Kenny Knoblock), Vicki Schenck (Willie) and Scott Astor; her daughter-in-law Lisa Astor; her grandchildren, Aaron Brown (Jami), Kevin Brown, Stacy Knoblock, Kara Moore, Natalie Pursifull (Chris), Ashley Schenck, Courtney Rupp (John), Michael Schenck, Stephanie Bowman (Tyler) and Joshua Astor (Brooke); her sisters, Betty Roberson and Rita Micklos; and her sister-in-law Nancy Brockman. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
